We redesigned the entire user journey, from onboarding to appointment booking to final payment, ensuring clarity at every step. The result is a clean, intuitive interface built around trust, ease, and accessibility.

The initial concept lacked cohesive structure and didn’t guide users smoothly through the care-finding process. Key challenges included:
– Overcrowded screens with unclear visual hierarchy

– A payment flow that felt disconnected from the rest of the experience
– Inconsistent iconography and color treatment
– No scalable component system for future features
