Building a brand and website for the person helping healthcare get AI right
Loftus AI is led by Ellie Loftus — a nurse, barrister, and one of the few people working at the intersection of clinical care, law, and AI governance. She helps hospitals, public sector bodies, and healthcare leaders adopt AI safely, ethically, and in full compliance with regulations. When she came to WebRay, she had no website and no visual identity. We built everything from the ground up — logo, colour, typography, brand identity, and a full Framer website — in three weeks.

Healthcare and public sector organisations are among the most cautious audiences a website can speak to. They move deliberately, they scrutinise credentials, and they need to feel certain before they act. Ellie's background is genuinely exceptional — two decades spanning nursing, law, and national system transformation — but none of that matters if the website doesn't communicate it clearly and confidently from the first scroll. The challenge was creating a brand and a website that felt immediately credible and trustworthy to senior leaders and governance teams, without feeling cold, corporate, or overcomplicated. The primary goal was simple — get the right people to fill in the contact form.

The visual identity was built to feel professional and reassuring — a deep navy palette, clean serif typography, and a layout that lets the content breathe and the credentials speak. We structured the website to guide healthcare leaders naturally from understanding what Loftus AI does, to why Ellie is uniquely qualified to deliver it, to taking the next step and getting in touch. The process was smooth and collaborative — Ellie was clear about what she needed and trusted WebRay to execute it well, which made for one of the most focused three-week projects in the studio.
